Industrial Biogas Plant

The Industrial Biogas Plant is a custom-engineered system for facilities that generate large volumes of organic waste. It converts food waste, agricultural residue and sewage into biogas for generators, boilers and kitchens — lowering both energy bills and waste-disposal costs.

How it works

Waste from your kitchens, farm or process line is collected, mixed with water and fed into a large FRP digester sized for your daily volume. Bacteria break it down without oxygen into biogas, which can be stored and used for cooking, heating or running a generator. MNRE estimates that each cubic metre of biogas can produce about 2 units (kWh) of electricity. The digested slurry can be used as organic manure or handled as treated waste.
