What is the price of a biogas plant in South India?
Our Mixed Lever Biogas Plant for homes starts at ₹22,000 for the 0.5 m³ model and goes up to ₹55,000 for the 2 m³ model, inclusive of GST. Floating, high pressure and industrial biogas plants are priced by capacity and site. Transportation is charged extra — call +91 87147 04086 for a quote.

Can I customise my boat, tank or biogas plant?
Yes. You can choose the seating capacity, colour and fittings of a boat, the colour and dimensions of an FRP fish tank, and the capacity of a biogas plant. Our team works with you on the specifications before manufacturing begins.

What is a biogas plant and how does it work?
A biogas plant converts organic waste such as food scraps, cow dung and agricultural residue into biogas, a clean fuel for cooking, heating or power generation. Inside an airtight FRP digester, natural bacteria break the waste down and release methane-rich gas, while the leftover slurry becomes a nutrient-rich organic fertiliser.

What materials are your boats made from?
All Emerald boats — speed boats, pedal boats, row boats and kayaks — are made from high-grade Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) with Isophthalic resin and Isophthalic gelcoat. FRP is light yet very strong and resists corrosion, water and sun, which makes it ideal for backwaters, lakes and rivers across South India.

Do you deliver and install outside Kerala?
Yes. Our facility is in Edakochi, Kochi and we serve customers across South India — Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry. Transportation is charged separately based on your location.
