Who We Are

Sustainable Solutions. Advanced Technology.

Emerald Enterprises works in two fields that matter to Kerala: renewable energy and fibreglass manufacturing. As an ISO-certified company and a registered service provider for Suchitwa Mission Kerala and ANERT, we manufacture and supply portable and fixed biogas plants, solar panels, solar water heaters, incinerators, rainwater harvesting tanks, fish tanks, fibreglass doors and multipurpose FRP boats.

Over the past decade we have built a respected name in the fibreglass industry by constantly improving our products with new technology. Our best-known innovation is the Level Model High-Tech Biogas Plant — Emerald Enterprises is the only company in India to hold a patent for it. Today our products help families cook with free biogas, resorts run safe boating experiences and farmers raise fish in long-lasting tanks.

Our Story

Our Story and What Drives Us

Building a cleaner, greener South India for generations to come.

Emerald Enterprises has been serving Kerala since 2013 from Edakochi, Kochi. We work across two fields — fibreglass (FRP) manufacturing and renewable energy — and combine what we know about strong, light and weather-proof FRP with practical clean-energy solutions. Today we are known for biogas plants, solar products and FRP boats that are built to last in South India's climate.

What we make today

  • Biogas plants: mixed lever, floating, high pressure and industrial models that turn organic waste into cooking gas and fertiliser
  • FRP boats: speed boats, pedal boats, row boats and single and double seated kayaks
  • FRP products: fish tanks, mini fish tanks, rainwater harvesting tanks and fibreglass doors

Credentials that matter

  • ISO-certified company
  • Registered service provider for Suchitwa Mission Kerala and ANERT
  • The only company in India holding a patent on the Level Model High-Tech Biogas Plant
  • More than 10 years of experience in the fibreglass field

How we work with every customer

We follow a clear process so you always know what happens next.

Our process:

  • Enquiry and consultation to understand your needs
  • Site assessment where it is needed, for example for biogas plants and solar systems
  • A written quotation with prices, taxes and transport charges
  • Manufacturing or procurement once the order is confirmed
  • Delivery, installation and hands-on training
  • After-sales support, maintenance and spare parts

Supporting a cleaner Kerala

India's Solid Waste Management Rules, 2026 ask every household to separate wet, dry, sanitary and special-care waste. Our biogas plants help families treat wet waste at home, our incinerators offer a way to handle sanitary waste, and our solar products reduce dependence on grid electricity and LPG. Every product we build is a small step towards a cleaner, greener Kerala.
