All product specifications, capacities, and dimensions listed on our website or in promotional materials are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Images shown may differ slightly from the actual product delivered.

All orders placed through enquiry forms, telephone, email, or in-person are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is confirmed only upon written acknowledgment from Emerald Enterprises.

• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• For custom-manufactured products, an advance payment may be required before production commences.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated.
• Emerald Enterprises reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice. Confirmed order prices will not be changed.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on product type, order quantity, and site conditions. Emerald Enterprises will communicate estimated delivery schedules at the time of order confirmation.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring site readiness before the scheduled installation date.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the site or agreed handover point.
• Installation services are provided where specified in the agreement. Additional charges may apply for installations in remote or inaccessible locations.
• Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, government regulations, force majeure) shall not be grounds for cancellation or penalties.

Emerald Enterprises warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period as specified in the product documentation. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
• Normal wear and tear, or damage due to natural disasters.
• Modifications or repairs made by unauthorised personnel.
• Consumable parts such as seals, gaskets, or fittings unless failure is due to manufacturing defect.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to our service team within the warranty period. Our ISO certification ensures all after-sales service is carried out to the highest standards.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing before production has commenced. Orders cancelled after production has started may attract a cancellation fee.
• Returns will only be accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery verified by our team.
• Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery with prior written authorisation.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–21 working days of return verification.

Emerald Enterprises holds a registered patent on the Level Model High-Tech Biogas Plant — making us the only company in India with this patent. All intellectual property, including but not limited to product designs, patents, trademarks, logos, website content, and technology, is the exclusive property of Emerald Enterprises.

• No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Unauthorised replication of our patented biogas technology or boat designs is strictly prohibited and actionable under Indian IP law.
• All trademarks and brand names appearing on this site belong to their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emerald Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

• Any claim arising from third-party actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
